All prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars.
For online orders we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. Any payments made via Amex and Diners will attract a 3% surcharge.

Shipping Costs
All orders are subject to delivery charges, which are calculated based on your shipping address. Typical rates are:
- $13.00 for Melbourne Metro
- $22.00 for Interstate
- Shipping to overseas and remote locations may incur a higher rate.

Delivery
Same day orders must be placed before 10:00am and applies only to goods that are in stock at time of order. Normal turn-around for non-stock items is 5 business days.
An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and receive the goods. Photo identification may be requested.
An additional 10% surcharge will apply to orders picked up through any one of our retail stores.
